That’s a longggg title, don’t you agree? I don’t know if I’ve had a title that long. But that’s not why you clicked on that post, is it? Not only do I write about fashion, beauty, and fitness but I can also read yo’ mind. I’m getting off-topic. CARDIO. One workout that I’m not a huge fan of. But, some workouts aren’t supposed to be all unicorns and rainbows. Because I’m not a fan of cardio, I aim for those workouts to be less than 20 minutes which means: I’ve got a handful of workouts that are so quick you won’t even realize you’re doing cardio. Plus, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll wake up sore tomorrow (admit it, you all love that feeling).
There are a few Youtubers who are always my go to for workouts. Casey/owner of Blogilates is one of my favorites. She has such a huge collection of workouts, it’s so easy to find one. Casey is also SO upbeat and always wears the cutest workout clothes! This workout is eight minutes and great for a second workout (maybe add onto an ab/leg/arm workout) and this one is perfect just by itself. And if you want cute workout gear, this set is my new favorite from Fabletics! So perfect for Spring.
This workout is great for beginners or those who like an easier cardio workout.
If you want something really fun, this cardio dance is the ultimate “is this really a workout?” workout. You might feel kind of
stupid weird doing them, but trust me I had fun in the privacy of my home, ahah. And you might think you won’t feel the burn, but you definitely will (I was sweating all over) If you search cardio dance workout on Youtube, a ton of dance workouts come out and I’m absolutely obsessed. I seriously love them all! This is another quick favorite.
My personal favorite cardio workout is this one from XHIT. I felt the burn the first week I did it, but it slowly went away once I got used to the rigorous exercises. I prefer to watch Friends while doing this one to keep my pre-occupied (otherwise I start to slack, oops!).
If you want to really feel the burn, this workout is for you. I’m not kidding you, it’s hard. I barely made it through when I did it last week.
