Flawless Foundation

I originally was going to delete these photos, but upon further examination, they actually turned out pretty well! I know, I’m as shocked as you are. I recently discovered, IMO, the best foundation. It’s really light, affordable, and has the perfect dewy finish. I’m still a pretty big fan of matte finishes on foundation, but I cover the foundation with some of my trusty ole’ Tarte pressed powder around my eyes and nose for more coverage. Occasionally, I’ll do my entire face, but I’ve been digging the dewy finish. It’s hard to see in these photos, but trust me, dewy finish is spot-on!

The foundation is *drumroll pleaseeee* itCosmetics CC cream!  I talked about this in my wishlist post, and finally have started using it regularly. Since I still haven’t bought a new beauty blender, I’ve been blending it in with a strobing brush from Sonia Kashuk and love the finish! I think it’s a little bit lighter, compared to the beautyblender, which I prefer for the hotter days.

The rest of my makeup is really simple! I just threw on some lipstick (Kylie Lip Kit in Koko K), mascara, concealer, and a little bit of pink from the Naked3 palette. I also filled my brows in, just a touch, and didn’t do anything to my hair (as you can tell #allnatural). You can shop my entire face below 😉

Omg, I love this CC cream! I wear it almost everyday. Too bad it runs out so fast, I have to buy a new tube every month 🙁 #worthit

I noticed that it used quite a bit. I think if I didn’t use a brush it would last a little longer!
