Le Tote Review

{le tote}

Hey babes! I received my first Le Tote last month and have been using some of the items so frequently, I knew I had to share. I found out about this a few months ago, and was totally interested since I love subscription boxes (Rocksbox, anyone?).

Le Tote is a monthly subscription where they send you clothes and you can “rent” them and use them for however long you want. Once you finish wearing them, you can send them back (free shipping both ways) and get another box! It’s $59 every month, and with it you receive 3 articles of clothing and 2 accessories. You aren’t charged per box, it’s a monthly fee, so you can have as many boxes as you want! It’s very similar to Stich Fix, but instead of buying clothes and sending them right back, you can rent them out until you’d like new pieces. They also send reasonable priced clothes, so you don’t have to worry about spending a fortune if you really like the pieces. Before they send you your tote, you can fill out a chart of what you like to wear and pick some of your favorite items from their site so they get to know your style.

Are you ready to check out my pieces? Oh! I forgot to photograph the 5th item, which was a bracelet. Sorry!

OCTAVIA & CO. Perforated Fold Clutch: I used this clutch about 7 times, not very many, but it’s a great size for my iPhone (I have the 6S), a small wallet and lipstick, with a little extra room left. I wish it had more neutral colors, since it’s a dark navy and light blue so I could wear it with more outfits. It was really great fabric, and the detail was so cute! I love the gold tassel, as well. I give it a 4/5, but only because of the color.

OCTAVIA Textured Pencil Skirt: I love love love this skirt! It’s a pencil skirt, and was perfect for me. Pencil skirts are some of my favorite pieces of clothing, and this was no exception. The pattern was really cute (gave it a casual vibe), and the fit was perfect (I had a 0). It looks cream, but it’s more white and black. I paired this with a floral blouse and some heels, and it was so cute! 5/5 stars

OCTAVIA Asymmetrical Drape Blouse: The moment I tried this on, I felt like a mother and Batman at the same time. It was a little too “old” for me, it was wrinkled, AND the long sleeve was weird. But! I love love love the color and it fit really well. If there wasn’t the sleeve, and maybe a different fabric (even though it was comfortable it was too dressy) I would’ve definitely worn it! 3.5/5 stars

LUMBER Vertical Striped Crew: I was really skeptical about this sweater, since the sleeves looked really short and I’m not a big fan of the stripes. It was really soft and it, surprisingly, fit really well! I never wore it though, since it’s way to hot in Wisconsin for sweaters. 3.5/5 stars from me!

That’s it for today! Have a fabulous weekend, comment below of your favorite subscription box!
