testing out lush skincare products

*this post is sponsored by lush. all thoughts and opinions are my own*

You guys know I have an extreme subtle obsession with Lush cosmetics and I have YET to try some skin care products from them. How is that possible?! I have used a face mask before and loved the result (this one to be exact) but I have been wanting to branch out. I only got a few products but one of them has been absolutely amazing and the other two have been pretty good although not as fantastic as the first one, tbh.

tea tree water, dream steam toner tab, vanishing cream facial moisturizer

My new favorite product has been the tea tree water. I’ve heard a lot of great reviews of this water from beauty/skin care bloggers but haven’t used it yet. I love it. Seriously. My skin has been so hydrated and soft ever since I’ve started using it! I apply it after my skincare routine (last step) in the morning and evening, and use just a few sprays. If you tend to have oily or dull skin or you want a little extra in your skin routine, I highly recommend it. Lush also has a toner tab that you steam, which I would love to try! I included a close up of the ingredients so you can take a peek, too.

The next product I got was ‘Vanishing Cream’, a simple face moisturizer. The scent of this product is spot on and is supposed to help with oily skin. I wouldn’t consider myself to have oily skin BUT my face has been in a serious pickle lately, so I’ll try anything. This moisturizer is really lightweight but I haven’t noticed a difference as far as less-oiliness. Totally a word..? The one thing I do like is that after I finish applying my makeup, it feels a lot less heavy.

I’ve been wanting to try a facial steam for a while so I went to my Lush store and got myself a steamer tab. The benefits are clearer and calmer skin and I definitely noticed a slight change in overall in my skin. Also, it totally helps when the tab smells ah-mazing. The one I used, Dream Steam, has chamomile, lavender, and rose. Um, yes please!

Have any of you tried Lush skin care?
